# 滑動條帶，一比一跟手

用三指或四指滑動，條帶會跟著手指移動，然後停靠到最近的欄。也可以按住 ⌃⌥ 並捲動。

- **緊跟手指:** 在 1:1 速度下，滑過整個觸控式軌跡板，條帶就會移動一個螢幕的寬度。
- **停靠到欄:** 放開手指後，會有一欄對齊螢幕邊緣。關閉這項功能，就能停在任何位置。
- **與 macOS 相安無事:** 選擇 macOS 未用來切換空間的手勢；垂直手勢仍交由 macOS 使用。

**捲動視窗是選用功能**。在你開啟之前，它會一直保持關閉。開啟期間，視窗貼齊和自動視窗快照會暫停，改由條帶儲存自己的工作階段；還原工作區則會將它關閉。
